Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
What is free?
Building, hosting, publishing, embedding and editing games, on every template. Credits are only used for AI features and for removing the Arcadedo badge.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-off payment. Buy another pack only when you need more credits.
What if an AI request fails?
Credits are taken when you start a request and refunded automatically if it fails.
Is badge removal per game?
Yes. It applies to one game for good. A copy of that game starts with the badge again.
How do I pay?
By card, on Stripe's secure checkout page. Arcadedo never sees your card details, and Stripe emails you a receipt.
Can my organisation pay by invoice?
