Arcadedo

Privacy Policy

What Arcadedo collects when you build an arcade game, why, and who it is shared with.

Last updated 25 July 2026

Who is responsible

Arcadedo is operated by Gametize Pte Ltd, Singapore. This policy covers the Arcadedo builder. Player activity inside a Gametize campaign is covered by the Gametize privacy policy that applies to that campaign.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, and role, issued when the Gametize team invites you.
  • The arcade games you build: titles, wording, questions, facts, settings, colours, and publish status.
  • Files you upload: logos and featured images, and the text extracted from any PDF you attach as source material.
  • Usage records needed to run the service, such as AI generation counts against your daily limit.
  • Standard technical logs produced by our hosting and database providers, including IP address and error traces.

Cookies

Arcadedo sets one cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies in the builder. Clearing it signs you out.

How AI features handle your content

When you use Chillo, the content generators, or the copy rewriter, the text involved is sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to produce the suggestion you asked for. That can include your brief, your existing game wording, and text extracted from a PDF you attached.

  • Logos are read in your own browser to pick out brand colours — the image itself is not sent to the AI provider.
  • Generated car sprites are produced from the text prompt you write; no image of yours is uploaded to produce them.
  • PDFs are used only as reference material for the request you made, and the extracted text is not stored beyond that request.
  • Please do not put confidential or personal information into AI prompts or uploaded documents.

Where your data is stored

Game content and account records are stored in our managed database and hosting infrastructure. Data may be processed on servers outside Singapore where our providers operate, under contractual protections appropriate to that transfer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We share it only with the service providers needed to run Arcadedo — hosting, database, and the AI provider described above — and where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Your arcade games stay available while your account is active so you can edit and republish them. When an account is closed, the associated content is removed or anonymised within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct details that are wrong or out of date.
  • Ask us to delete your account and the content attached to it.
  • Delete individual games, logos, and featured images yourself from the editor at any time.

To make a request, email enquiry@gametize.com from the address on your account.
