Arcadedo (“the Service”) is operated by Gametize Pte Ltd (“Gametize”, “we”, “us”). By signing in and using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

Arcadedo is available to invited users only. There is no public registration, and accounts are issued by the Gametize team.

• Keep your sign-in details confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• We may suspend or withdraw access where these terms are breached, or where an account is no longer authorised by your organisation.

You keep ownership of everything you put into Arcadedo — questions, facts, wording, logos, images, and documents. You grant Gametize the permission needed to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of running the Service and delivering your published arcade games.

You confirm that you hold the rights to the content you upload, including any logos, brand assets, images, and documents, and that using it in an arcade game does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or publish unlawful, misleading, harassing, or infringing content.
• Impersonate another organisation or present an arcade game as someone else's.
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or work around its usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its templates outside your organisation's own campaigns.

Arcadedo includes AI features — the Chillo setup assistant, content generation, and image generation. These produce suggestions, not verified facts.

• Review anything generated before you publish it. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your arcade game's content.
• Do not submit confidential, personal, or regulated information to the AI features.
• Daily usage limits apply so the features stay available to everyone.
• We may adjust or withdraw AI features, including limits, as the underlying services change.

Publishing an arcade game in Arcadedo produces an embed URL you can place in a Gametize campaign. You are responsible for where you embed it and for the content shown to your players. Play and participation inside Gametize is governed by the Gametize terms that apply to that campaign.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may add, change, or remove features, templates, and limits, and there may be periods of downtime for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, Gametize is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend access where these terms are breached, where required by law, or where the Service is discontinued. Where practical we will give reasonable notice so you can export or record what you need.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We may update these terms as the Service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continuing to use Arcadedo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
